Official Contest Rules and Regulations

No purchase or obligation necessary to enter or claim a prize. Non-purchase and purchase entries have an equal chance of winning. Contest begins 3/4/2010 and ends 3/19/2010.

How to enter: Automatic entry – One entry into the contest drawing will be made automatically by America First Credit Union for each guess submitted on yournextfirst.com during the contest period. You may only guess one time. To enter without purchase or obligation by mail – Entrant must print his or her name, home address, and day and evening phone numbers on a 3"-by-5" card and mail to: America First Credit Union, Marketing Department, Attention: Your Next First, 1344 W. 4675 S., Riverdale, UT 84405. Entries are limited to 1 per person, one entry per stamped envelope mailed. All entries must be postmarked by 3/4/2010 and received by 3/19/2010. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

Drawings: Potential winner will be selected on or about 3/22/2010 in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The guess that will win, will be the closest without going over. If two guesses are the same, the first entry will win. Drawings will be conducted under the direction of the America First Credit Union Marketing Department, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the contest. Limit of one prize per person or household.

Eligibility: Must be legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and must be at least 18 years of age as of 3/4/2010. Employees and volunteers of America First Federal Credit Union and their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) are not eligible. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Information about entrants will be shared with third parties and used solely for the purpose of notifying the winner.

Odds: Actual odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received. The winner will be drawn from a pool of eligible entrants and is subject to terms, conditions and judgments of the Sponsor, whose decision is final.

Prizes: There is one Grand Prize of $50.00 along with an AFCU gift basket of random logoed items valued at $50. Winner receives $50.00 in the form of a visa Gift Card. No substitutions, cash equivalents, or transfer of prizes are permitted, except at sole discretion of America First Credit Union. The winner is responsible for the payment of taxes on the prize and for any other expenses not specified.

Notification: Potential winner(s) will be notified by phone or mail and will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release, as well as a publicity release. In the event of non-compliance of these rules and regulations, or if the prize is unclaimed or returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner determined by the Sponsor. If you are determined to be a winner, you must agree in writing to accept these Official Contest Rules and Regulations to claim any prize. By accepting any prize from the Sponsor, the winner consents to the use of his or her name, likeness and any other information for any and all advertising/publicity purposes without further consideration, except where prohibited by law, and without any additional compensation. The winner expressly waives the right to review any and all advertising bearing his or her names, photographs, likeness, and titles prior to its use.

Limitation of liability: The sponsor, its officers, directors, employees or attorneys are not responsible for any damages, loss or liability with respect to the use of the prize awarded in the contest, or any incomplete, lost, late or damaged postal mail. Contestants release all parties from any of the above mentioned liabilities. These Official Rules and Regulations and any disputes arising from these Official Rules and Regulations shall be interpreted by and governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah.

Receipt of the notification of winner(s): Send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to America First Credit Union, Your Next First, Attention: Video Contest, 1344 W. 4675 S., Riverdale, UT 84405.

Right to cancel or modify contest: The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest if fraud or technical problems question the integrity of the contest, as determined by the Sponsor.
